The core principal of Kaizen Do is to provide a place to improve themselves thru training in the martial arts. Training in traditional karate, traditional martial arts weapons and self defense are the primary areas of education offered.
"Kaizen Do" means "The Way of Continuous Improvement." We aspire for each and every one of our students to become great Karateka and members of their communities.
Kaizen Do is the home dojo (honbu) of the International Karate Kobudo Federation.
